Pinterest is making me a culinary expert!

This meal was about as easy as it gets and was super delish:
two chicken breasts, fresh green beans, two red potatoes sliced.
top with 1/2 of a package of dry italian salad dressing mix and 1/2 a cup of butter
preheat oven to 350
let bake an oven for an hour

I served this with some croissants.  Topped the meal with some sea salt.

I ran 4 miles in 30 minutes today!!!  That's a 7:30 mile!  For those of you that don't know, I signed up for another half marathon.  This one is October 28 in Los Angeles, it is a Halloween Rock n' Roll Marathon, so I am also excitedly planning a running Halloween costume to wear, any suggestions I would love to hear, however I do have a few in mind.  My goal for this half marathon is under 2 hours.  Of course, I will not be keeping a 7:30 mile throughout 13.1 miles, I am looking to do more around 8:30.  Anyways, happy Monday.
