Well Mitzi saved me here. After dealing with that horrible and SO FRUSTRATING loss to Iowa I was in no shape to take pictures.... hahaha... but then mitzi sent me this picture.... I know I didn't take it, and neither did Mitzi... but it is a picture... It represents MSU football game day Saturday!!!! WE NEED ONE MORE WIN IN THE NEXT THREE GAMES TO BE BOWL ELIGIBLE<<

Instead of subbing today I decided to help Mitzi out and watch Nathan and Megan because they did not have any school today. Megan found Brady's hat and was walking around with it all morning long, while Nathan.... Im not sure what he is doing.... that is his car seat on his back?!?!?!

Back to subbing elementary. I got my updated id card (with name change and all) and I headed off to Meadows elementary to sub first grade!

Here is the fire that is in our valley... It has shut down all the schools for tommorow, evacuated 800 some plus people from their homes... including Lise's.... has burnt at least 12 homes... 10,000 acres. And the winds keep raging.Saturday, October 20, 2007

Woke up this morning... went to sub.... didn't think anything about the weather in Michigan.... when I was done subbing I had a message left for me on my phone from my mom about the tornado that tore through not the state of Michigan, but the city of Williamston, the city where I grew up. Fortunately our subdivision was a safe spot for the tornadoes, nothing happened their, but downtown as you can see wasn't as lucky. I think this is the first time EVER Williamston has made the national news.
Oh yeah, I didn't take this picture, obviously, it was courtesy of my mother. She drove through downtown today and took pics of the destruction.

Its that time again... CSET is coming up in a little over two weeks, and I HAVE to pass it this time... So that means I actually have to give a good effort of studying... in order to help me in my CSET passage with flying colors, I bought colored note cards!!! Hopefully this will help me remember those tricky geometry formulas!!!! Hey, whatever works!!!

So I promised Brady that I would take a day off this week from subbing since my long term assignment is done... so I took today off.... it was great!!!! I did some working out, caught up with some old friends.... and did a little what you call online shopping.... whoops, I think I got carried away on the Victorias Secret website... but they have so much cute stuff... I bought more than just underwear... I bought a pair of pants and a sweater... yes you can buy normal stuff at Vicky's Secret.

Well, after spending 14 hours in a gym yesterday down in San Diego, and three hours this morning coaching in a gym down in San Diego, I decided that on my drive back up to Santa Clarita that I would at least see a little bit of the beach and the sights of San Diego. The top picture I took while walking on the beach and the second picture I took was while I was driving in my car.... Both pictures are from Del Mar beach.All of you should be proud of me... I drove all the way down to San Diego by myself, and I drove all they way back from San Diego by myself.

I had left my camera at the hotel in San Diego all day on Saturday.... so I had Brady take a
